Sales Manager – Industrial Automation & Robotics

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial automation and robotics.
- Generate leads and build relationships with industrial clients, manufacturing companies, and key decision-makers.
- Promote automation and robotic solutions to potential customers.
- Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission and deal closure.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Strong experience in Industrial Automation, Robotics, or Industrial Engineering Solutions.




- Candidates with experience in the Steel, Mining, or Coal industry will be preferred.
- Good understanding of industrial processes and automation solutions.
- Proven experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and sales closures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage sales activities and develop current accounts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates currently working with industrial automation, robotics, or engineering solution companies.
- Experience handling manufacturing plants, steel plants, mining companies, or other heavy industries.
- Strong network of industrial clients and decision-makers will be an added advantage.
