SALES MANAGER – FINANCIAL SERVICES

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring energetic, ambitious, and result-oriented Sales Managers to join our growing team across multiple locations in Kerala.

The ideal candidates should have experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably in the financial services industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets.
- Acquire new clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, and client meetings.
- Promote Mutual Funds, Equity, Insurance, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Bonds, and other investment products.
- Lead, motivate, and manage sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Increase Assets Under Management (AUM) and overall business revenue.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in Sales, Business Development,



or Relationship Management.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Stock Broking, Insurance, or Wealth Management will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset and ability to work in a performance-driven environment.
- Positive client acquisition and relationship-building skills.
