Position: Sales Manager – Inside Sales

Location: Gurugram | Work From Office

CTC: Up to 15 LPA + Performance-Linked Incentives

Eligibility Criteria

4+ years of overall sales experience

2+ years of EdTech sales experience preferred

Minimum 1 year of EdTech team-handling experience is mandatory.

Experience handling high-ticket-size sales and closing high-value deals

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Strong leadership, team management, negotiation and communication skills

Graduation is mandatory

Only candidates with prior EdTech team-handling experience will be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage and motivate an Inside Sales team.

Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.

Handle high-value prospects and improve sales conversions.

Monitor team KPIs, productivity and overall performance.

Coach, mentor and develop team members.

Manage the complete sales cycle, from pitching and negotiation to closure.
