Role Description The Sales Intern role at Gadiwalas is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

The Sales

Intern will be involved in cold calling, meeting with potential clients or leads, along with assisting customers in-store, explaining product features and benefits, and guiding them toward suitable options. The role involves maintaining product displays, responding to customer inquiries, and helping track sales leads and opportunities.

Intern will also assist with basic sales reporting, coordinate with senior sales team members,



and participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer engagement. This position offers hands-on exposure to retail sales and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and active listening.
- Customer Service skills focused on providing courteous, patient, and solution-oriented support.
- Sales abilities, such as understanding customer needs, presenting products effectively, and closing basic sales.
- Willingness to learn and participate in Training activities to build product and industry knowledge.
- Interest in developing Sales Management awareness, including understanding targets, reporting, and team coordination.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort working with simple sales or inventory systems.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai, including weekends or peak business hours as needed.
- Enrollment in or completion of a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
