Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Kochi.

The Sales

Executive will engage with prospective homebuyers, explain project features, conduct site visits, and build strong customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, following up on leads, maintaining accurate sales records, and assisting customers through the booking and documentation process. The role involves collaborating with marketing and project teams, participating in promotional activities, and achieving sales targets while providing a positive and professional customer experience.





Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and meet targets.
- Customer relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and present information clearly.
- Basic knowledge of real estate or construction industry practices, with the ability to understand project specifications and pricing.
- Comfort with using computers and digital tools for lead tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, including conducting site visits.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and service orientation toward diverse customers.
- Prior experience in real estate sales is an advantage.
