Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries related to trips.
- Do follow-ups with leads and assist in trip bookings.
- Coordinate with sales team and operations manager for confirmations.
- Maintain proper records of payments, passenger details, and bookings.
- Assist in managing Google Sheets, CRM, and basic Excel reports.
- Ensure smooth customer communication before & after trips.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).
- Must be organized, polite,



and responsive over call & WhatsApp.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web).
- Prior travel company / call-handling / tele-sales experience preferred.
- Should be based in or near Ahmedabad.

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience) + incentives on confirmed bookings.
