Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for the positions of Sales Executive and Sales Manager in its Sales & Marketing department.

Candidates should have good communication and convincing skills, with an interest in real estate sales, customer handling and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and handle potential customer leads.
- Follow up with leads and manage customer enquiries.
- Handle walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain real estate projects and property details to prospective customers.
- Coordinate and arrange property site visits.
- Maintain regular customer follow-ups and build solid relationships.
- Convert prospective leads into successful sales.

Candidate Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.




- Any graduate can apply.
- MBA specialization in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
- Real estate sales experience or experience in sales in any other industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English is required.
- Must be comfortable handling walk-in clients, customer follow-ups and property site visits.
- Both male and female candidates are eligible.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Incentives For Freshers:

- Fixed salary: ₹15,000 per month.
- Incentives starting from a minimum of ₹10,000.

For Experienced Candidates:

- Salary: ₹20,000 per month, based on performance.
- Incentives: ₹20 per sq. ft.
