CTC: ₹4,00,000–₹8,00,000 per annum

About ReCampus

ReCampus helps schools and educational institutions adopt technology and improve their everyday operations through school management software, digital learning solutions, smartboards, and institutional products and services.

We are looking for motivated Sales Executives to build relationships with schools and grow our presence across the listed districts.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach schools, colleges, and other educational institutions within the assigned territory.

Meet principals, school owners, administrators, and decision-makers to understand their requirements.

Present and demonstrate ReCampus products and services.

Conduct regular field visits, generate leads, and follow up on enquiries.

Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.

Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain solid customer relationships.

Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, delivery, and customer support.

Keep accurate records of visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activity in the CRM.





Requirements

Ownership of a two-wheeler/car and a valid driving licence is mandatory.

Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned district.

Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to communicate effectively in Assamese and Hindi; working knowledge of English.

A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.

Basic familiarity with smartphones, email, and digital tools.

Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, education, EdTech, or institutional sales is preferred.

Knowledge of the local area and existing relationships with educational institutions will be an advantage.

Compensation

Annual CTC of ₹4 lakh–₹8 lakh, based on experience, skills, and suitability for the role. The compensation structure and applicable targets will be discussed during the selection process.
