This is a full-time, work-from-office, US shift role where you'll be selling luxury resort stays and wellness experiences for Amrit Ocean Resort, a premium wellness resort located in Florida, USA.

Interacting directly with US customers over phone calls.Generating and following up on leads from web inquiries, past guests, abandoned bookings, and outbound outreach.Making outbound and cold calls to convert prospects into confirmed bookings.Handling inbound reservation and inquiry calls.Selling resort stays, spa packages, wellness retreats, dining experiences, and other luxury offerings.Upselling room upgrades, extended stays, and additional services.Updating all customer interactions and bookings in the CRM system.Meeting daily and monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets.

0-3 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, Recruitment, Real Estate, Insurance, Banking, Travel, or similar domains.Robust English communication skills. Comfortable speaking with international customers.Target-driven and confident in handling objections and closing sales.Willing to work US shifts and rotational weekends.

past guests, abandoned bookings, and outbound prospecting.The role involves a high volume of outbound and cold calling.You will also handle inbound inquiry and reservation calls.You will be responsible for converting inquiries into confirmed bookings and generating revenue.Candidates should be comfortable with upselling and cross-selling additional services.Every customer interaction, lead, and booking must be updated in the CRM system.This is an individual contributor role, not a team handling or managerial position.Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills are required.Candidates must be comfortable speaking in fluent English with US customers.Experience in sales, tele calling, lead generation, telesales, recruitment, real estate, insurance, banking, travel, or customer acquisition is preferred.Freshers with excellent communication skills and a sales mindset can also apply.Candidates should be willing to work US shift timings and rotational weekends.Performance will be measured based on calls made, conversions achieved, bookings closed, and revenue generated.Salary includes fixed pay + performance-based incentives (if applicable)
