Job Overview

Flogic Consulting Private Limited is looking for a Sales Executive / Field Sales Officer to expand our ready-food supply business in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying new grocery stores, restaurants, local vendors, and other potential customers, generating daily orders, managing customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

The candidate will also be responsible for supporting pricing strategies, market development, and overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new grocery stores, restaurants, supermarkets, local vendors, and other potential customers.
- Conduct daily field visits and build strong relationships with existing and current customers.
- Promote the company's ready to eat - Food and Snacks prepared by a PG (Paying Guest) Located at Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
- Ensure repeat orders and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Co-ordinate with the operations, production, inventory, and delivery teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain daily sales, customer visit, and order reports.
- Take ownership of assigned territory and contribute to overall business growth.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in FMCG, food products,



Food Distribution, Field Sales, or B2B sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills required.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to work in the field.
- Good knowledge of the Hyderabad local market.-near to Gachibowli .
- Ability to travel within Hyderabad.
- Two-wheeler and Valid Driving Licence preferred.

Compensation/Salary : ₹25,000 per month - ₹ 30,000 per month + Sales Incentives +Food +Accommodation
