Position: Sales Executive

Gender: Male / Female

Age: 20–35 Years

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their invitation card requirements.
- Explain different types of wedding invitations, return gifts and wedding bags.
- Show customers suitable designs based on their preferences and budget.
- Handle walk-in customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Explain product details, pricing, paper quality, printing options and customization.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations and pending orders.
- Maintain valuable relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram and other communication channels.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch growth.
- Maintain proper records of customer details, orders and payments.




- Ensure a positive customer experience from enquiry to final delivery.

Required Skills

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to understand customer requirements.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Tamil and basic English.

Preferred Qualities

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Interest in wedding invitations, printing and creative products.
- Responsible, punctual and target-oriented.
- Friendly and professional approach towards customers.
