Job Responsibilities: Identify and generate recent business opportunities through calls, meetings, references, and market research. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Promote the company's Facility Management, Housekeeping, Security, and other services.
Conduct client meetings and explain the company's services and business proposals. Generate leads and convert them into confirmed business deals. Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients for closures.
Coordinate with the operations team to understand client requirements and ensure smooth service delivery. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute towards business growth. Maintain daily sales reports, client databases, and follow-up records.
Coordinate with management for pricing, negotiations, and final business closures.
