Job Title: Sales Development Representative (US Market)

Location: Remote(Mumbai), working US business hours

Experience: 4 to 6 years in B2B sales, business development, or inside sales

What You’ll Do

- Make cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads in the US market
- Engage C-level executives (CEOs, CTOs, VPs, HR Heads) and pitch our staff augmentation services
- Understand client hiring needs and position the right solutions
- Book discovery meetings and support the sales cycle from first touch to closure
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline in the CRM,



and hit weekly and monthly targets
- Research target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers
- Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to make sure client needs are met

What We’re Looking For

- Graduate from a reputed institution(MUMBAI)(MBA is a plus)
- Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral, clear accent
- Confident and comfortable speaking with senior executives
- Solid persuasion, objection-handling, and listening skills
- Self-driven, resilient, and target-oriented
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned to US time zones
- Experience in US staffing or services sales is a strong plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred
