Pre-Sales / Sales Development Executive (B2B SaaS)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Pre-Sales / Sales Development Executive to drive top-of-funnelengagement by reaching out to CHROs, Heads of Talent Acquisition, GCC leaders, and enterprise decision-makers through LinkedIn outreach, personalized email campaigns, cold calls, WhatsApp communication, and in-person meetings when required. This role is critical in creating qualified opportunities for the sales and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research target accounts and senior decision-makers including CHROs, Heads of HR, Talent Acquisition Leaders, GCC Heads, and Business Leaders

- Execute LinkedIn outreach with highly personalized connection requests and follow-ups targeted at senior stakeholders (including CHRO level)

- Run personalized cold email outreach tailored to each prospect and their hiring challenges

- Conduct cold calls to introduce the product, qualify interest, and identify buying intent

- Use WhatsApp professionally for follow-ups, nudges, and meeting confirmations

- Travel to client locations, partner offices, and events for meetings, demos, and relationship building as needed

- Support in-person product demonstrations and workshops along with founders or sales leaders

- Qualify leads based on ICP, authority, need, and urgency





- Schedule product demos and discovery calls for founders or sales leadership

- Maintain accurate outreach and follow-up data in CRM or tracking tools

- Continuously refine messaging based on responses from CHRO and senior HR audiences

- Work closely with founders, sales, and marketing teams to sharpen value propositions

Required Skills & Experience

- 1 4 years of experience in Pre-Sales / SDR / Inside Sales / Lead Generation

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting & outreach (senior stakeholders / CHROs)

- Personalized cold emails, cold calling, and WhatsApp-based professional communication

- Solid written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to tailor messaging for CXO / CHRO-level conversations

- Confidence engaging with Directors, VPs, and C-suite leaders

- Willingness to travel for client meetings, demos, and events

- Familiarity with B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or Enterprise solutions is a plus

Good to Have

- Experience engaging with CHROs, HR leadership, and enterprise TA teams

- Exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar

- Understanding of ATS, HCM, HR Tech, or recruitment workflows

What Success Looks Like

- Consistent flow of qualified meetings with CHROs and senior HR leaders

- Strong response rates on LinkedIn and email outreach

- Successful in-person and virtual demos

- High-quality pipeline creation for founders/sales leadership

- Clear market feedback from enterprise HR stakeholder
