About Star Moving Australia

Star Moving Australia is an international removals and relocation company specialising in household goods, personal effects, sea freight and customs clearance for moves to and from Australia.

We are expanding our India-based sales team to manage international customer enquiries and provide sales support during Australian business hours.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to manage inbound enquiries for international household goods relocations.

The successful candidate will communicate with international customers, understand their moving requirements, prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, convert prospects into bookings and coordinate with our Australian operations team.

This is a fully remote position for candidates based in India.

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday
- 3:30 AM to 12:30 PM IST
- Aligned with Australian business hours.
- Working hours may shift by one hour during Australian daylight saving periods.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to inbound enquiries from international customers by phone, email and CRM.
- Understand customer requirements, including origin, destination, shipment volume and moving timelines.
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with prospective customers.




- Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Explain international moving processes, packing, shipping and customs clearance.
- Coordinate with operations and pricing teams.
- Maintain accurate customer and shipment records.
- Update CRM records and prepare daily sales and follow-up reports.
- Work towards monthly sales and conversion targets.

Mandatory Requirements

- 1–3 years of proven international sales experience.
- Experience handling international customers, preferably from Australia, UK, USA or the Middle East.
- Strong negotiation, communication and sales-closing skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools and email.
- A quiet home workspace, reliable high-speed internet and power backup.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in international removals, household goods moving, personal effects or freight forwarding.
