Star Moving Australia is an established international removals and relocation company specializing in personal effects, household goods, international moving, sea freight and customs clearance across Australia.

We are expanding our India sales support team to handle international enquiries during Australian business hours.

Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Coordinator with experience in international sales for household goods and international removals.

You will be responsible for handling inbound leads, preparing quotations, following up with customers, converting enquiries into bookings, and coordinating with our operations team in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Lead Management

- Handle inbound enquiries for international household goods moves via phone, email, and CRM
- Understand customer moving requirements including origin, destination, volume, and timelines
- Prepare and send accurate quotations and follow up to close sales
- Maintain lead pipeline and update status in CRM daily
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs

Customer Consultation

- Act as a relocation consultant and explain our international moving process, packing, shipping, and customs procedures
- Provide transparent information on transit times, services, and charges
- Build trust with customers looking to move household goods to and from Australia

Coordination

- Coordinate with operations, pricing,



and imports team for quotes and bookings
- Ensure all customer and shipment details are accurately recorded for operations handover
- Assist with post-booking customer service until shipment is handed over to operations

Reporting

- Maintain daily sales reports, follow-up reports, and conversion reports

Required Skills and Experience

- 1 to 3 years of experience in international sales for household goods, international removals, relocation, or freight forwarding
- Proven experience in handling international customers, preferably Australia, UK, USA, or Middle East markets
- Strong sales closing and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Confident, customer-focused, and target-driven approach
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and email communication
- Experience with personal effects and household goods moving industry is highly preferred

Work Requirements

- Must be able to work from home during 3:30 AM to 12:30 PM IST
- Must have a quiet workspace, reliable high-speed internet connection and power backup
- During Australian Winter, May to September, work hours will be 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM IST to align with AEST
