- RSO Contract Rate loading

- RSO supporting on booking reports

- Resort Group booking

- Resort Walkin Bookings

- Resort responding on other queries

- Resort booking payment updation

- Resort FIT room movement request

- Resort Group movement request

Also

- Adding the Group request in the google form for Resort and many times for RSO in case of urgency

- Informing the availability on Groups and FIT request

- Leads distribution to the sales team.





- Coordinating for inventory with the Revenue and MEM teams

- Daily ensuring awaiting response are confirmed/cancelled.

- Assisting and guiding the resorts and accounts teams on reservation related queries

- Rate upload for CAT A/B/C

- Rate contract upload for sales team

- FIT related IT queries.

- Coordination with resort teams on RIYO OB and stopsale.

- Payments updation and sorting out the group bookings for the sales team.

- Working on the Finance email of unidentified advances

- STR report daily

- Current resort support on Training and reservation creation

- FIT room movement request
