Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily OEM / Tier-1 customer coordination, schedules and order follow-ups.
- Monitor customer schedules, production planning, dispatches and delivery commitments.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Sales MIS, including target vs. achievement and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate with Production, SCM, Quality, Logistics and Finance teams.
- Monitor OTIF performance, pending orders and customer shortages to avoid line stoppages.
- Maintain customer POs, price amendments, invoices and commercial trackers.
- Follow up on tooling, recent product development, sample submissions and PPAP status.
- Coordinate customer complaints,



urgent requirements and internal escalations.
- Maintain accurate ERP records, customer portals and sales documentation.

Required Skills

- 3–6 years' experience in Automotive OEM / Tier-1 manufacturing.
- Strong MS Excel, ERP/SAP and MIS reporting skills.
- Knowledge of OEM customer portals and dispatch coordination.
- Good communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage daily sales coordination activities.

Preferred Candidate: Experience in automotive plastic components, rotomoulding or engineering manufacturing. Joining: Immediate / Early Joiner Preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
