- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.





- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the development of win strategies for deals.

- Negotiate effectively with clients to secure successful outcomes.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform deal strategies.

- Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Enablement.

- Robust understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.

- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
