PITANGA WEALTH PVT. LTD. is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Sales Branch Manager to lead our financial services business and manage a team of approximately 20 employees in West Delhi.

The candidate will be responsible for overall branch business growth, brokerage generation, client acquisition, KYC, trading activation, and employee productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of approximately 20 employees.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly brokerage generation targets.
- Increase client acquisition, KYC completion, and trading activation.
- Develop strategies for business growth and client retention.
- Monitor employee-wise performance and productivity.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Train and coach employees to improve sales performance.
- Drive Demat account acquisition, mutual funds, SIPs, insurance, and other financial services.
- Monitor CRM, lead follow-ups, and business reporting.
- Identify low-performing employees and implement improvement plans.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial services regulations.

Candidate Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in stock broking, banking, or financial services.
- Previous team handling or sales management experience.
- Strong knowledge of brokerage generation and client acquisition.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and sales skills.
- Graduate preferred; MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Finance is an advantage.
- Ability to manage targets and drive business growth.
