Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer focused Senior Sales Associate to join our team. The role requires a strong sales- oriented approach, a passion for customer engagement, and the ability to contribute to sales growth while maintaining high standards across store operations.

Key responsibilities:

- Maintain strong knowledge of product, pricing and promotions; and effectively handle customer queries and complaints. -Understand customer needs, provide product recommendations, and deliver exceptional luxury customer service through effective selling.

-Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by effectively converting customer interactions into sales and contributing to overall revenue growth. -Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment.





-Manage point-of-sale activities accurately, including billing, payments, and exchanges, while ensuring adherence to internal SOPs and established operational processes.

- Demonstrate premium products with in-depth knowledge of their features, advantages, quality, and usage to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

- Candidate must have 1-5 years of premium/luxury retail experience or similar experience on the sales floor. -Maintains a professional presence, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that reflect the exclusive, high-end standards and premium image of a luxury brand.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
