Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Yamunanagar. The Sales and Marketing Representative will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, manage existing customer accounts, and support the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. Daily tasks include meeting customers, explaining product offerings, preparing proposals or quotations, and following up to ensure timely conversions.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams on pricing, inventory, and delivery,



while maintaining accurate records of sales activities. The representative will also assist in basic marketing initiatives such as creating promotional materials, participating in campaigns, and gathering market feedback to support business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Proven Sales and Sales & Marketing abilities to generate leads, close deals, and support promotional activities.
- Experience in Training or willingness to learn and share product knowledge with customers and colleagues.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Ability to work on-site in Yamunanagar, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client interactions.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email, presentations) and maintaining sales records.
- Prior experience in trading, distribution, or similar commercial roles is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
