DMO (Dhe Marketing Office) is a growth-focused marketing agency helping businesses build stronger brands, establish a meaningful digital presence, and create marketing systems designed for sustainable growth.

Our services include content strategy, social media management, brand positioning, Meta advertising, funnel optimization, and website strategy for Framer and Shopify.

We believe in combining strategic thinking, creative execution, and purposeful marketing to help businesses achieve measurable growth.

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who wants to explore the world of sales, business development, and digital marketing.

This is an opportunity to work closely with the DMO team and be involved in different aspects of building and growing a marketing agency.

You’ll help us connect with businesses, understand their needs, introduce them to suitable marketing solutions, and contribute to the planning and coordination of marketing activities.

No extensive industry experience is required. We’re more interested in your communication skills, willingness to learn, initiative, and ability to connect with people.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with businesses, entrepreneurs, and potential clients.

Initiate conversations and build relationships with prospective clients.

Understand business requirements and introduce relevant DMO services.

Participate in client discussions, presentations, follow-ups, and onboarding.

Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaign plans.

Coordinate with the team on content creation, social media management, and advertising activities.

Help manage client communication and maintain basic records.

Track progress and contribute ideas to improve business development and marketing activities.





Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in interacting with people and initiating conversations.

Genuine interest in sales, marketing, branding, and business growth.

Basic familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram.

Willingness to learn digital marketing concepts and business development practices.

A proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Students or aspiring professionals interested in marketing and business development can apply.

Candidates with prior sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience will also be considered.

A degree or coursework in marketing, business, or a related field is an advantage, but not mandatory.
