Contralyne is a legal-tech product that supports contract review using an organisation’s own playbook—its preferred positions, fallbacks, and non-negotiables. It helps surface contract risks and suggests negotiation responses, while lawyers retain final judgment.

About the Role

This internship focuses on building a qualified prospect pipeline and helping move potential clients from initial interest to meaningful business conversations.

You’ll research prospects, communicate the product’s value clearly, and support follow-ups with startups, law firms, and agencies, including prospects in the US and UK.

Key Responsibilities

- Research potential clients and identify relevant decision-makers.
- Build and maintain prospect lists with accurate contact details and useful business context.
- Support personalised outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other approved channels.
- Start relevant conversations, understand prospect needs, and identify opportunities for Contralyne.
- Follow up consistently and professionally with interested prospects.
- Help schedule qualified discovery calls and product demonstrations.
- Support client conversion by coordinating next steps and addressing initial questions using approved product information.
- Maintain an organised record of outreach, responses, follow-ups, meetings, and prospect status.
- Share regular progress updates and suggest improvements based on prospect feedback.
- Coordinate with the team to keep outreach aligned with current campaigns and product messaging.

What We’re Looking For

- Robust written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English.
- Lead generation and prospect research skills.
- Confidence in initiating conversations with potential clients.




- The ability to listen, understand business needs, and communicate value clearly.
- Client conversion capabilities, including thoughtful follow-ups and handling initial objections.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- Ownership of assigned work and consistency in execution.
- A willingness to learn about legal technology and B2B marketing.

Good to Have

- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting.
- Basic knowledge of B2B SaaS, legal technology, or service-based sales.
- Experience using spreadsheets or CRM tools to manage leads.
- Previous internship, college-project, freelance, or volunteering experience involving marketing, sales, or client communication.

How Performance Will Be Assessed

We’ll consider the quality and relevance of prospects researched, the quality of outreach, follow-up consistency, qualified opportunities added to the pipeline, and contribution to client conversion.

The focus is on relevant business opportunities and meaningful conversations—not simply the number of messages sent.

Compensation

Performance-linked pay of ₹3,500–₹4,000, depending on work delivered and achievement of agreed minimum pipeline targets.

The payment period, definition of a qualified opportunity, minimum targets, and payout conditions will be clarified before the internship begins.
