Role Overview

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will generate leads, pitch our digital marketing services to prospective clients, close deals, and support our own marketing efforts. You'll work closely with our creative and digital teams to make sure client needs are understood and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Present and pitch digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, web design, branding) to prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Follow up on leads, negotiate, and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upselling
- Coordinate with the internal creative, SEO, and ads teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
- Maintain lead and client records in a CRM or tracking sheet
- Assist in planning and executing the company's own marketing campaigns and social media presence




- Conduct market and competitor research to spot new opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and share progress with management

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency or the IT/service industry
- Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, Google/Meta Ads, content marketing)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus)
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office / Google Workspace
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with client meetings and field visits
- Strong time management and follow-up discipline

Good to Have

- Experience in B2B sales or lead generation
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools, or analytics tools
- Existing network of local business contacts in Calicut and the Malabar region
