Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Estimation Engineer role based in Vadodara. The role involves preparing detailed quotations and project estimates, including Bills of Material (BOMs), for metering and filtering equipment projects. The Sales and Estimation Engineer will engage with clients to understand technical and commercial requirements, present solutions, and support negotiations to close orders.

Daily responsibilities include reviewing technical specifications and drawings, coordinating with engineering and production teams to validate feasibility and costs, and conducting market and competitor research to support pricing and sales strategies. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of proposals.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess solid project estimation and BOM skills, with experience preparing detailed cost breakdowns and proposals.
- Candidates should possess effective negotiation skills to manage commercial discussions and secure favorable terms.
- Candidates should possess research skills to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Relevant engineering degree or diploma in mechanical.
- Experience in industrial equipment, oil and gas, or process industries is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
