We are looking for a result-oriented and customer-focused Tiles Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for showcasing our premium range of ceramic, porcelain, and vitrified tiles to retail walk-ins, architects, interior designers, and building contractors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong grasp of design aesthetics, and a proven track record of meeting retail or project-based sales targets.

➨ Key Responsibilities

- Customer Consultations: Greet retail customers and professionals (architects/designers), understand their project requirements, and recommend the best tiling solutions.
- Lead Generation: Actively reach out to local builders, contractors, and interior designers to build long-term B2B relationships.
- Product Showcasing: Explain product specifications, durability, finishes, and layout patterns to help clients make informed decisions.
- Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare accurate price quotes, negotiate terms, close sales.
- Market Awareness:



Keep track of the latest interior design trends, competitor pricing, and current tiling materials entering the market.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly retail sales targets.

➨ Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, corporate sales, or building material sales (experience in tiles or marble is highly preferred).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills to build immediate rapport with clients.
- Aesthetics: A sharp eye for color combinations, space layouts, and design patterns.
