Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with factory safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Supervise safety aspects of machinery installation, commissioning and production operations.
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
- Investigate plant equipment failures, accidents and safety incidents.
- Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, HR, IR and Legal teams on safety matters.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and maintenance practices.
- Support facility establishment and expansion activities from a safety perspective.
