Perform Day to Day RTR activities with required speed and accuracy across JE processing,

Bank Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation,

Fixed Asset Accounting Cycle/Dep.,

General Accounting,Payroll Accounting,Project Accounting, Statutory and Regulatory Reporting,Revenue Share, Commissions & Settlements

- Senior Level Bachelors in Commerce/ Masters in Commerce/ MBA with >3 years experience in RTR
- Good Knowledge of RTR Process
- Exposure to Workday and Expertise in MS office & Internet
- Robust written and spoken English, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Mandatory to work in US shift: 6:00 p.m. to 3:15 a.m. IST.

4A Act as SME for Day to Day RTR activities with required speed and accuracy across JE processing, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Bank Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, Inventory accounting, Employee Payroll and benefits accounting, warranty accounting, general accounting and reporting, Closing, Consolidation, inquiries,



error resolution, Treasury activities – cash flow forecast preparation, review and maintenance, reconciliations, treasury/cash reporting, payments, interest calculations, etc.

Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills. Experience in Internal Audit.

- Senior Level – Commerce Graduate (B.Com/M.Com) or MBA with 6-8 years experience in RTR
- Strong motivational skills, performance reporting and tracking, derive performance improvement ideas
- Ability to multi task, prioritize activities & meeting deadlines
- Exposure to Workday and Expertise in MS office & Internet
- Good Analytical & Aptitude Skills
- Strong written and spoken English, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
