Position: Engineer /Sr. Engineer

Department Engineering RFQ

Qualification: BE in E&C;

Experience: 3 5 Years

Preference: Male candidates

Review and analyze customer

RFQs, BOMs, Gerber files, and drawings.

Prepare costing for PCB, PCBA, plastics, sheet metal, machining, and other components.

Coordinate with sourcing, production, engineering, and quality teams for cost inputs.

Ensure timely submission of quotations to meet customer deadlines.

Maintain RFQ tracker and improve quotation turnaround time (TAT).

Support technical clarifications with customers for RFQ-related queries.

Identify cost reduction opportunities and propose competitive pricing.

Work closely with sales/business development to improve RFQ win rate.





Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes (SMT, THT, Box Build).

Knowledge of PCB and PCBA costing, component estimation, and labor costing.

Ability to read engineering drawings, Gerber files, and BOM structures.

Proficiency in Excel and cost analysis tools.

Good understanding of supplier sourcing and material costing.

Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and handle high RFQ volumes under deadlines.

Effective communication and coordination across crossfunctional teams.

Time management and ability to prioritize workloads.

Ownership, accountability, and commitment to timely deliverables.

Problemsolving mindset with a focus on accuracy and cost optimization.

Team collaboration and willingness to support continuous improvement.
