Job Summary

We are seeking a physically fit and safety-driven Telecom Rigger to assemble, install, maintain, and upgrade telecommunication equipment on vertical structures such as lattice towers, monopoles, rooftops, and guyed masts.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Tower Climbing & Rigging: Safely climb telecommunication structures (towers, poles, rooftops) using personal protective equipment (PPE) and fall arrest systems to execute installation and maintenance tasks.
- Equipment Installation: Mount, position, and align Radio Frequency (RF) hardware, antennas, Remote Radio Units (RRUs), microwave dishes, and Tower Mounted Amplifiers (TMAs).
- Cabling & Hardware: Pull, route, strap, and terminate fiber optic cables, coaxial cables, DC power lines,



and grounding systems.
- Antenna Alignment & Testing: Execute precise antenna azimuth, elevation, and tilt adjustments. Conduct basic line tests (e.g., VSWR, continuity, Line-of-Sight checks) using field testing tools.
- Material Hoisting: Rig gin poles, winches, capstans, pulleys, and taglines to safely hoist steelwork, mounts, and heavy electronics up structures

Job Type: Full time Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
