Position: RF Scanning Project Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a technically robust candidate with hands-on experience in RF scanning and project leadership. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing and monitoring RF scanning activities while ensuring project timelines, quality standards and technical requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage RF scanning project activities from planning to execution and closure.
- Perform and oversee RF scanning, data collection, and analysis activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Analyze RF scan results, identify issues, and support troubleshooting and resolution.
- Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.




- Identify project risks and take corrective actions to meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong technical background in RF scanning and related technologies.
- Previous experience leading or coordinating RF scanning projects.
- Knowledge of RF measurement tools, scanning equipment and data analysis.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, coordination and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables effectively.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in RF scanning project execution and team coordination.
- Familiarity with RF measurement equipment and technical reporting.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and meeting project deadlines.
