Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Retail Sales Executive role based in Kochi.

The Retail Sales

Executive will handle walk-in and existing customers at DHL service points, provide product and service information, and guide customers in selecting appropriate shipping solutions.

Responsibilities include generating sales through upselling and cross-selling, processing bookings and payments, and ensuring accurate documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements.



The role also involves resolving customer queries, maintaining service quality standards, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating with operations and back-office teams to ensure timely and reliable deliveries. The individual will be expected to meet set sales and service targets while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

- Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Customer Service and Relationship Building capabilities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse customer groups.
- Basic knowledge of logistics or courier services and interest in the express delivery sector is an advantage.
- Prior experience in retail, front-office, or counter sales is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Kochi, handle routine administrative tasks, and use point-of-sale and basic computer systems.
- A degree in business, commerce, or a related field is a mandate.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling customer data and payments, and willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
