Overview:

Titan is a leading retail company in the fashion and lifestyle industry. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for analysing merchandise performance and managing merchandise distribution in our retail channels to ensure optimal stock levels and relevant product availability for our customers.

Job Details:

To ensure compliance of stock norms and product mix for stores as per the intended design and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to drive smooth operations.

Brands/ Categories to handle- Irth, watches, Beyon, Shaya, Skinn, Taneira and Sunglasses.

Process Contributions:

Merchandising: Product and Inventory Management:

1.Create and maintain store level base stock norms for all categories and brands (as listed above) basis store display capacity, storage capacity, average sales and in-transit time to ensure optimum availability of relevant merchandise on all days in every store.

2.Create and maintain SKU level buffer basis SKU performance to ensure optimum availability of all SKUs across all brands/categories as per desired range for each store.

3.Efficient allocation and replenishment of merchandise for each door on weekly basis and ensure timely deliveries to the intended stores through effective communication with relevant stakeholders.



Weekly review of the stock performance and ways to improve the efficiencies.

4.Develop and execute plans to sensitize regional teams to focus on slow moving stocks in stores.

5.Effectively participate and execute season launch in planned stores in terms of adherence to launch timelines, SKU range.

6.Effectively communicate with regional sales team to gather inputs on merchandise performance, regional requirements and feedback and take appropriate action.

7.Be the anchor for the designated brand-channel. Liaison with product, brand, demand planning teams of the respective brands to be the SPOC for any work/communication related to new products, stock availability, sales and stock performance, initiatives & projects pertaining to the brand. Liaison with channel partners for POs, inwards, display capacity / base norms etc.

8.Anchor a set of reports pertaining to the brand with respect to stock alignment, sales performance, current product penetrations etc.

9.Maintain a log of queries and issues from stakeholders- channel partners, sales team- and provide timely solution for the same.

10.Prepare for NSO and upcoming store planning/ launches in tandem with design, VM and projects. Duly publishing of MIS and reports across the stakeholders, seek inputs for seamless execution.

Education: Graduate /MBA/NIFT/Pearl Academy pass outs.
