Job Summary:

Swirl Lifestyle LLP is looking for energetic, friendly, and customer-oriented Restaurant Waiters/Waitresses to provide excellent dining experiences to guests. The candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and service standards in the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
- Respond to customer requests and queries politely.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service standards.
- Follow restaurant hygiene and safety procedures.

Requirements:





- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude are also welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly personality and customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced restaurant environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of restaurant service procedures.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Teamwork and time-management skills.
