We are looking for a friendly and well-presented Hostess to welcome café guests, manage reservations and seating arrangements, and ensure a pleasant customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and table allocation.
- Coordinate seating arrangements with service staff.
- Maintain guest waiting lists during busy hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and special requests.
- Coordinate with the restaurant supervisor and service team.




- Maintain reservation and guest records.
- Ensure the entrance and reception area remain organized.
- Assist guests with basic café information.
- Maintain professional guest-handling standards.
