Role & responsibilities:

1. GRN &

- PO Management: Good knowledge of GRN processing, purchase order creation, inventory management, vendor coordination, and adherence to procurement processes.

- Food Cost Management: Strong understanding of food cost calculation, monitoring, variance analysis, wastage control, inventory reconciliation, and implementing measures to maintain food cost within the defined budget.

- MIS &

- Reporting: Ability to prepare, analyse, and review operational MIS reports, sales reports, cost reports, inventory statements, and other key business performance indicators.

- Business Development &

- Local Market Connect: Strong connections in the local Bangalore market and the ability to leverage these networks to drive restaurant sales, generate business opportunities, and improve overall revenue.

- Manpower Network &

- Team Management: Good references within the hospitality industry, a solid manpower network, and the ability to attract, recruit, retain, and manage quality restaurant staff.

- Rista POS System: Hands-on experience and proficiency in Rista, including billing operations, sales reporting, discount management, inventory tracking, and other relevant system functionalities.
