Mayaahi Resorts and Spa is a boutique resort known for warm, personal hospitality. We’re looking for someone who enjoys making guests feel at home.

You’ll be the face of Mayaahi. You’ll welcome guests when they arrive, help them settle in, take care of them at every meal, and see them off with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests on arrival and help with the check-in and check-out process
- Serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and in-room dining with warmth and attention
- Take orders, explain the menu, and suggest dishes and beverages
- Set up and explicit tables, and keep the dining area clean and well presented
- Coordinate with the kitchen and front office for smooth service
- Help with special dinners, events and festive occasions




- Handle guest requests and feedback politely, and pass issues to the supervisor when needed
- Follow hygiene, grooming and safety standards

Requirements

- 0–2 years in hotel or restaurant service (freshers with the right attitude are welcome)
- Good communication skills
- Well groomed, friendly and service-minded
