Position: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Location: Agartala, Tripura

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Based on qualification and experience)

About the Role A reputed multi-specialty hospital in Agartala, Tripura is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide comprehensive inpatient and emergency medical care while ensuring high standards of patient management and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients admitted to the hospital.
- Attend medical emergencies and provide prompt clinical intervention.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Coordinate with consultants regarding patient treatment plans and follow-up care.
- Perform routine ward rounds and ensure continuity of patient care.
- Assist in emergency procedures and stabilization of critically ill patients.
- Prescribe medications and investigations as per hospital protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their attendants regarding treatment plans.
- Maintain compliance with NABH guidelines, infection control policies,



and clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: MBBS (Mandatory)
- Registration: Valid State Medical Council/NMC Registration
- Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers with valid registration may also apply)
- Candidates with prior experience in Emergency Medicine, ICU, or Ward Management will be preferred.
