- Attend Client briefing on the Questionnaire/Survey link

- Attend internal project training/briefing followed by internal mocks and mocks with the client

- Conduct outbound telephone interviews with respondents using the CATI system

- Follow structured questionnaires and interview guidelines to collect accurate and reliable data

- Engage respondents professionally, explain the purpose of the survey, and encourage participation

- Record responses accurately in the CATI software (Survey link) while maintaining data quality and confidentiality

- Develop a basic understanding of the automobile industry, including vehicle brands, models and variants, Pricing, features, and market trends

- Meet daily calling, interview completion, and productivity targets

- Ensure adherence to research protocols, quality standards, and project timelines

- Coordinate with team leaders and project teams to resolve respondent-related or questionnaire related queries

- Keep the supervisor informed as soon as any challenge occurs

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of the automobile industry is essential, including familiarity with car brands, models, variants and features





- Positive verbal communication skills and the ability to engage respondents confidently over the phone

- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to work with data-entry tools or CATI software

- Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured questionnaires

- Willingness to work with daily productivity targets and project-specific timelines

- Candidate should possess soft skills, good understanding of the subject matter and ability to pin down respondent’s queries/feedback

Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate in any discipline, with an interest in automobiles and a basic understanding of common vehicle brands and models

- Prior experience or exposure to outbound dialing, tele calling, customer support, tele sales, or telephone-based surveys will be preferred

- Previous experience as a CATI Caller, particularly in automobile-related research projects, will be considered an added advantage
