Job Code: INV-ERA/003 Department: Investments- Equity Hiring Type: On Roll Experience: 2-3 Years Job Intent The incumbent will support Senior Research Analysts and Fund Managers by conducting fundamental company research, financial analysis, industry studies, and investment-related data collection. The role involves developing financial models, monitoring assigned sectors, preparing research reports, and contributing to the investment decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities • Support Senior Analysts and Fund Managers in conducting fundamental equity research and investment analysis.

- Analyze companies' financial statements, annual reports, investor presentations, and other relevant information.
- Build and maintain financial models, earnings forecasts, and valuation models.
- Track and monitor developments within assigned sectors and companies.
- Assist in preparing detailed research reports, investment notes, and presentations.
- Conduct industry and competitive analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks.
- Participate in management meetings, earnings calls, industry conferences, and channel checks as required.
- Gather, organize, and analyze market data to support investment recommendations.
- Monitor portfolio companies and provide regular updates on key developments.
- Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, internal compliance requirements, and investment processes.




- Collaborate with research team members to generate investment ideas and contribute to portfolio discussions. Job Specifications • 2-3 years of experience in Equity Research, Investment Research, Financial Analysis, Institutional Research, or related fields.
- MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA (completed or pursuing) from a reputed institution.
- Exposure to financial modeling, valuation techniques, and equity markets.
- Solid analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Good understanding of financial statements and corporate finance concepts.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases/tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within the research team.
- Passion for capital markets and investing.
- Prior exposure to sectors such as Financial Services, Pharma, IT, Industrials, Consumer, Real Estate, Small Cap, or related sectors will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Profile • Experience in the mutual fund, PMS, AIF, brokerage, research advisory, or institutional equity research domain.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and company valuation methodologies.
- Demonstrated interest in equity investing and capital markets.
