Role Description The Research Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division at Lupin Limited (Research Park).

The Research

Assistant will support ongoing research projects by conducting experiments, preparing samples, and maintaining laboratory equipment and records in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities include collecting and organizing data, assisting with data analysis, and contributing to the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation. The role involves close collaboration with scientists and other team members to ensure accurate, timely execution of research activities and adherence to safety and quality guidelines.

Assistant is expected to participate in regular team meetings, follow established protocols, and help maintain an efficient, compliant laboratory environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities to interpret experimental results and support research conclusions.
- Candidates should possess solid Research skills, including literature review, experimental design support, and accurate documentation of procedures and findings.
- Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills such as sample preparation, use of basic lab instruments, adherence to safety protocols, and proper record-keeping.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings clearly in written and verbal formats.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in biotechnology, biology, chemistry, pharmacology, or a related discipline are preferred.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow standard operating procedures, and strong organizational skills are important.
- Prior experience in an industrial or academic research laboratory environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and adapt to evolving project requirements is beneficial.
