Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced R&TD; Manager to support and drive Research & Technology Development initiatives, focusing on current product development, process development, material evaluation and technology commercialization. The candidate will work extensively on fluoropolymers and engineering plastics, driving projects from concept to commercialization and coordinating with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and contribute to new product and technology development projects from concept to commercialization.
- Drive process optimization initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency, product quality and process performance.
- Conduct material evaluation and feasibility studies for fluoropolymers and engineering plastics.
- Plan, execute and monitor product development trials, process trials and technical testing.
- Coordinate technology transfer and successful commercialization of new products and processes.
- Identify opportunities for material improvement,



process innovation and product enhancement.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of R&D; and technology development initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 810 years of experience in R&D;, Research & Technology Development, Product Development or Process Development.
- Strong technical knowledge of polymers, fluoropolymers and engineering plastics.
- Hands-on experience in product development, material evaluation, process optimization, trials and testing.
- Experience in technology transfer and commercialization of new products/processes.
- Fluoropolymer experience (PTFE, PFA, FEP, PVDF, etc.) will be highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management capabilities.
- Ability to independently drive projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Industry: Fluoropolymers, Polymer Processing, Specialty Chemicals, Engineering Plastics and Advanced Materials.
