- Strong knowledge of power system and Basic Electrical Concepts

Added advantage

- candidates who has basic conceptual knowledge of relay
- candidate with prior experience in Testing and commissioning,
- candidates who has work experience in SEIMENS switch gear panels(Factory testing, O&M;, T&C;)
- candiate who has apprentice experience in power sectors

Role & responsibility:

1. Perform relay testing, configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Siemens relays.
2. Implementing basic Custom Logic functions (such as CFC or graphic logic)



for specific interlocking and protection schemes.
3. Learnto use relay setting and configuration software like DIGSI 4, DIGSI 5, Rey disp evolution, PCM 600, Rey disp Manager, IED (Intelligent Electronic Device), GE EnerVista.
4. Well-versed in IEC 61850 protocols, GOOSE messaging.Coordinate with project and commissioning teams for on-site activities
5. Continuous Learning: Keeping up-to-date with philosophies and grid digitalization standards
6. Secondary Injection Testing: Using testing kits (such as OMICRON or PONOVO or DOBLE) to test relay operations, characteristics, and trip times and FAT,SAT.
7. Interpret and test protection schemes for

a. Overcurrent Earth Fault b. Distance c. differential protection d.
