Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, references, walk-ins, and local market activities.

- Acquire new customers and promote the company's Gold Loan products.

- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Assist customers with application forms, KYC, and other required documentation.

- Coordinate with the branch, credit, and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.

- Achieve monthly sales and business acquisition targets.

- Conduct follow-ups with customers for loan renewals, referrals, and repeat business.

- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any stream (preferred).

- 16 years of experience in sales, preferably in Gold Loan, Banking, NBFC, or Microfinance.

- Freshers with positive communication and sales skills may also apply.

- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to work in the field and meet customers.

- Target-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to work independently
