Key Responsibilities Generate leads and acquire recent customers for Gold Loan products through field sales, references, and open-market activities. Explain gold loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment options to prospective customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Assist customers throughout the gold loan application and documentation process. Coordinate with branch operations and credit teams for timely loan processing and disbursement. Ensure achievement of monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Generate repeat business through customer follow-ups, renewals, and referrals. Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and KYC documentation requirements.
