Urban Garments is a garment manufacturer in Maheshtala, Kolkata. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounts and GST compliance at our factory. We are hiring immediately, so immediate joiners are preferred.

What you'll do:

- Record sales, purchases, payments, receipts and journals in Tally Prime

- Raise GST invoices and e-way bills; prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B

- Deduct TDS and help with quarterly TDS returns

- Reconcile bank accounts and follow up payables and receivables

- Keep inventory and job-work records in order and support month-end closing and audits

What we're looking for:

- B.Com / M.Com

- 4-6 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing

- Robust Tally Prime and GST knowledge; working Excel

- Careful with numbers and deadlines

Salary: Rs 25,000 - 30,000 per month, depending on experience

Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Location: Maheshtala, Kolkata (near Ata Para Football Ground)

Interviews are held in person at the factory on weekday mornings and include a short Tally / GST practical.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
