Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth research on international markets, industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging business opportunities to identify potential markets and support business expansion.

2. Identify, research, and develop potential customer leads and build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective international customers.

3. Plan and execute customer outreach activities through email campaigns to generate enquiries and strengthen the company's international market presence.

4. Independently manage communication with overseas customers, understand their requirements, handle enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, conduct regular follow-ups, and develop long-term business relationships.

5. Work closely with internal departments, including operations, logistics, and documentation, to ensure timely communication, effective coordination, and smooth fulfilment of customer requirements.

6. Manage and monitor the complete export order cycle, from enquiry handling, quotation, order confirmation, and documentation to shipment planning, execution,



and delivery coordination.

7. Maintain and update customer databases, lead pipelines, enquiry records, and order status. Prepare regular MIS and performance reports covering lead generation, customer outreach, enquiries, business conversion, and shipment progress.

8. Oversee the work of team members, delegate responsibilities, monitor task execution, review work accuracy, and ensure timely completion of daily activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Commerce, International Marketing, business administration or a related field.

- 3-4 year of experience in international marketing and sales

- Thorough understanding of complete shipping procedure

- Good command of spoken and written English.

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

- Solid coordination and communication

- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
