Sunshine Infotech is urgently hiring 2 Business Development Executives (Freshers) for a Hybrid Work Opportunity (Work From Home + Office). We are looking for confident, enthusiastic candidates interested in software sales, business development, client handling, and online freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Call leads provided by the company and understand their requirements.
- Explain our software solutions and their benefits to potential clients.
- Conduct software/product demonstrations through Google Meet, Zoom, or other online platforms.
- Follow up with interested clients and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.
- Manage existing clients and assist with their queries, issues, updates, and requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal team for technical or product-related assistance.
- Maintain proper follow-up and client communication records.
- Understand and work with freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through online freelancing platforms.
- Assist in preparing proposals, sending offers, communicating with clients, and generating business leads through Upwork, Fiverr, and similar platforms.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.




- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and in online meetings.
- Languages required: Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Good knowledge of Upwork, Fiverr, and similar freelancing platforms is required.
- Understanding of client bidding, proposal writing, and online lead generation will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of computers and online meeting platforms.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Good sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
