Job Overview

As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, recommending suitable travel solutions, preparing quotations, following up with potential customers and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach and the ability to work in a sales-driven environment.

We welcome applications from fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals in the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international flight ticket enquiries.
- Assist customers with visa applications and documentation.
- Promote and sell holiday packages, Umrah packages and international tour packages.
- Prepare competitive quotations for flights, hotels, visas and holiday packages.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets and travel preferences.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings.




- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, visa partners and other travel suppliers.
- Provide pre-travel and post-booking customer support.
- Maintain proper customer records and enquiry follow-up details.
- Develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Stay updated on airline fares, visa regulations, travel destinations and industry developments.

Eligibility – Freshers

Freshers with a genuine interest in travel and tourism are encouraged to apply.

Preferred qualifications and qualities:

- Graduation or post-graduation in any discipline.
- Candidates with Travel & Tourism, Tourism Management or Hospitality qualifications will have an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Confidence in handling customer enquiries.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in domestic and international travel.
- Ability to work in a sales-oriented environment.

Eligibility – Experienced Candidates

Candidates with experience in travel agencies, ticketing, visa processing, travel consultancy or holiday package sales are preferred.

Preferred skills:

- Experience in domestic and international air ticketing.
- Knowledge of visa processing and documentation.
- Experience in holiday package sales and travel consultancy.
- Knowledge of airline reservation systems and travel portals will be an advantage.
- Strong customer-handling and sales conversion skills.
- Experience in preparing quotations and following up with leads.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
